U9 match report -versus Ballymun Kickhams

MOW u9s fielded two teams in their first match against Ballymun Kickhams. Our warriors performed very well , demonstrating their on going development and increasing skill sets on the football field. The weather was overcast, dry but breezy. The breezy conditions did effect both sides in scoring accuracies in both half’s. Irrespective both our club and visiting teams showing us all a determined and end to end entertaining matches. Which kept all supporters and watchers on our feet.

Great displays shown throughout the pitch. All players got an opportunity to play in all areas of pitch. With particular note. In defense Darragh mcfadden, Harrison Cawley, Sean leddy, Garreth McNally and Cian Derham. While in Midfield Padraig Gavin, Sarah Stenson, Sean Tobin, Kyle Wogan and Cillian Hoare, showed their pace, accuracy and long range kicking ability. While upfront, Rian Cawley, Jayke guildea, Cian Daly, Katlyn Kiernan, Lilly Belle and luke Horan impressed us with their continuous drive to win ball back and drive on goal. With a good match debut by Rhemus Valysz. While Ciaran Gough showing us his lightening moves, receipt and control of cross field balls, combined with blistering pace in splitting defenses apart, Bernard Brogan look out !!!!
